Please note: only select third party apps have the option to create accounts but you can create an account at any time by downloading the Bitmoji mobile app. Once you have downloaded the app and created your account you can connect it to your preferred third party apps by following the instructions on this support article.
Q: How do I sign up for Bitmoji using a Third-Party App?
A: Select third-party apps will allow you to sign up for Bitmoji when you click on Connect Bitmoji. Simply select Sign Up and enter a valid email address.
You can also sign up by visiting Bitmoji.com and clicking on ‘Go to my account’.
Q: How do I edit my Bitmoji avatar on the web?
A: You can view and edit your Bitmoji Avatar by accessing your account from the Bitmoji.com site.
- Navigate to Bitmoji.com and click on ‘Go to my account’
- Log in with your Bitmoji account credentials
- Click on ‘Edit my avatar’ to make edits to your avatar OR
- Click on ‘Change my outfit’ to make changes to your avatar’s outfit
- Click on ‘Save’ in the top right corner to save your changes!

You can remove connected apps by accessing your account from the Bitmoji.com site. Once you have logged in, click on Connected Apps.
You can also disconnect your accounts from the Bitmoji mobile app at any time.

- Find the app you wish to disconnect from and tap ‘Disconnect’
⚠️ Important note: by disconnecting from an app, your Bitmoji avatar will NOT be available to use in the third-party app unless you choose to link the accounts again. If you created your account using a third-party app, disconnecting will not delete your account!
Q: What information is shared with connected apps?
A: When you connect your Bitmoji to a third-party app, you authorize Bitmoji to share information about your Bitmoji account with the connected app. For example, your Bitmoji avatar is shared so that you can access stickers and see your Bitmoji in the connected app. We don’t allow developers of connected apps to access authentication data when you connect an app to your Bitmoji account. For example, you shouldn’t ever be asked to provide a third-party app with your login information and password!
