The Android Keyboard allows you to send Bitmoji stickers directly through any app that supports image pasting.
Customizing text on Bitmoji stickers is currently only available on the Android Bitmoji Keyboard and the Bitmoji Chrome Extension. We are rolling out this feature to the community at different times, and may not be available to you just yet. Keep your app up-to-date and be the first to know 🤩
Q: I’d like to tweak my preferences on the keyboard, what can I do?
A: If there are features you would rather not have, such as vibration, you can disable them by following the steps below.
- Open the Keyboard in any text input window
- Go to the Gear icon to access Bitmoji Keyboard Settings
- Select Preferences and toggle the features you want to change
Q: I find it hard to switch between the Bitmoji Keyboard and my phone’s keyboard, what can I do?
A: Switching between keyboards through the Bitmoji Keyboard is easy, follow these steps:
- Open the Keyboard in any text input window
- Go to the Globe icon to access your phone’s keyboards
- Select the keyboard you wish to change to
Q: I don’t want the Bitmoji Android Keyboard anymore, what can I do?
A: We’re sad to hear that 😔
If you want to disable the keyboard you can follow these steps:
- Go to your device's Settings
- Tap General Management, then select Language & Input
- Tap on On-Screen or Virtual Keyboard, then choose Manage Keyboards
- Toggle the access button OFF for Bitmoji Keyboard
