A: You can only clear your history in the Bitmoji mobile app.
In the latest version of Bitmoji, you can clear the data by following the steps below.
- In the Bitmoji app, tap on the gear icon in the top-right corner
- Tap ‘My Data’
- Tap ‘Clear History’ to clear your data
- Confirm you want to clear your data
Note: You will not be able to download any previous information once you clear your history.
