- If you have verified an email address with Snapchat, we’ll send you an email with a link once your data is ready to download
- Follow the link in your email to download your data

In the latest version of Bitmoji, you can also go to Snapchat’s accounts website by tapping on the Gear icon or the three dots in the top corner of the app. From there, tap ‘My Account’ then ‘Request My Data.’ Then, follow the steps above to download your data.
