Q: Why isn’t my Bitmoji wearing the same clothes?

A: Bitmoji clothing with logos or branding are not currently supported in Bitmoji Store. Try changing your Bitmoji’s outfit into something you like that doesn’t have any visible branding!

Q: Why can’t I see any Friendmoji merch?

A: Make sure you have the latest version of Bitmoji and you have Friendmoji set up on your Bitmoji app.

Q: Can I add a friend’s Bitmoji to my merch?

A: Yup! You can currently include two Bitmoji avatars on each item if you have Friendmoji set up on your Bitmoji app. Three or more Bitmoji avatars aren’t supported right now.

Q: Why can't I see Bitmoji merch in the store?

A: Some users in select locales are not able to purchase Bitmoji Merch at this time and will be directed to the Snap Store when tapping on the Bitmoji Store icon.
