If you live in the US, there are a few ways you can buy Bitmoji merch:
- From the Snapchat app
- iOS users - Open Snapchat and tap the Profile button in the top-left corner. Tap the ⚙ icon in the top-right corner to open Settings. Tap the ‘Snap Store’ tab.
- From our website
- iOS users - Go to store.snapchat.com. If you’re on your phone, just tap the Snapcode! If you’re on a desktop computer, then open Snapchat on your phone and scan the Snapcode with it.
- From the Bitmoji app:
- Open Bitmoji and tap the store icon in the bottom-right corner.

Q: Do I need anything to purchase Bitmoji merch?
A: If you're an iOS user, you can only visit Snap Store through Snapchat, so you’ll need to download the app on your device before you can take a look around. To buy Bitmoji merch, your Bitmoji account must also be linked to your Snapchat account before visiting Snap Store.
To purchase something from Snap Store, you’ll need a valid credit or debit card. Snap Store currently accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®. It doesn’t accept cash or gift cards, at the moment.
If you're an Android user, simply download the Bitmoji app and tap on the store icon to find Bitmoji merch!
Q: Why can’t I see any Bitmoji merch?
A: Make sure you're on the latest version of both Bitmoji and Snapchat to see the store.
Q: Why isn’t my Bitmoji wearing the same clothes?
A: Bitmoji clothing with logos or branding are not currently supported in Snap Store. Try changing your Bitmoji’s outfit into something that you like that doesn’t have any visible branding!
Q: Can I add a friend’s Bitmoji to my merch?
A: Yup! You can currently add a total of two Bitmoji avatars on each item if:
- iOS users- both you and your friend have your Bitmoji accounts linked to your Snapchat accounts.
- Android users- you have the latest version of Bitmoji and you have Friendmoji set up on your Bitmoji app.
Three or more Bitmoji avatars aren’t supported at the moment.
Q: Is there a limit to how many items I can purchase at a time?
A: At the moment, you can only purchase up to 10 of each item per order if you're purchasing on an iPhone, but there is no limit if you're on Android.
